About CERcuits

Making it, easy!

Ceramic and other non-organic circuits & substrates are experiencing a demand renaissance in the electronics industry due to increased integration, complexity, and more stringent environmental specifications. We believe that choosing the right material can make all the difference.

However, we have noticed that it is difficult, hard and frustratingly slow for new users to find information & suppliers that are willing to work with them as the incumbent industry is not set up to serve low volume, high mix projects that need a fast turnaround and easy access to information.

That is why CERcuits was founded to address the demands of electronic engineers, researchers, developers but also purchasers to help them to design, test and validate these materials for their designs and bring them to mass production eventually.  We aim to make this process for your easier, faster, and cheaper. Hence our tag line; Making it, easy.

To serve you with full flexibility & control and to further reduce waiting times, we have set up a quick-turn prototyping line in Belgium to bring lead times down to days rather than weeks and with our proprietary no-tooling technology we ensure lower costs, making this technology accessible for smaller budget projects.

So, feel free to reach out to us or visit our online portal at ceramic-pcb.com where you can simply order ceramic circuits, laser-cut substrates as well as blank sheets in just a few clicks. Perfect for low volume and prototyping! If you need design support or looking for a reliable mass production supplier. Contact us today and we’ll be happy to look into your project with you.

Here to serve you,

How long does it take to make a ceramic PCB?

It depends on the product, design, quantity, and technology. If we can make it at our local production line, we usually have a throughput time of a few days to a week once the designs are ready and frozen. If it needs to be made at one of our partners, it usually takes between 20-30 working days. We provide an estimated lead time on our quotes.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer and check

Will you issue a credit or longer payment terms?

Larger orders qualify for longer payment terms and account credit, subject to a credit review. Contact us to inquire.

What are your terms and conditions?

How is my data protected?

We value your personal and company data and adhere to a strict privacy policy which you can read online here.

If you wish to have a signed NDA before sending us your drawings. Contact us here and we will be happy to issue one to you.

Do you manufacture yourself?

Yes and no. We have a production line in Belgium where we produce mainly small volume and quick turn orders. Also, we work with several external suppliers who each have their specialization and are capable of providing a lower cost. To make sure the quality is at the standard you can expect, Our standard process includes orders to pass our Belgian location and are subject to an additional quality check. Find an overview of the partners we work with here.

Can you store circuits boards?

Yes, upon request we hold on to boards for you in Belgium. This allows you to order and ship in larger quantities from one of our overseas supply partners and pay a lower cost while still benefiting from small and flexible deliveries. Contact us to discuss.

Do you offer design support?

Yes, we do. We have a broad knowledge of ceramic materials and how to design ceramics based electronic circuits. And if we do not have the capabilities in house, we can leverage the partnerships we have with several design companies from various industries. (see partnerships)

Do you offer assembly?

Yes, we try to be a solution provider and thus offer assembly in case you need it. (SMT, THT, Level 2, Box build)  Depending on the requirements and specifications we either do it in-house, at one of our partners or a mix of both.
